Q: How large of an audience does UNITE Lake Houston reach?

A: UNITE Lake Houston has a current average of nearly 2,000 monthly viewers. The publication is offered publicly and free of charge. Our team is constantly networking within the community to gain more subscribers.

 

Q: What is the process of purchasing ad space with UNITE?

A: UNITE operates on a self-serve model to keep prices low for Lake Houston area business owners. Choose a package option from the menu. You will be prompted with a form to upload your completed ad. Next, you will be prompted with payment options. Once you have submitted your form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email and your advertisement will be printed in the next issue.

 

Q: Does UNITE offer ad creation?

A: Advertisements must be uploaded in a completed format. We do not offer ad creation or edit the ads that are submitted. Advertisements will be printed exactly as they are submitted on the form. Advertisers can submit an ad they've used previously for their business, or create their own in Canva by setting up a free account.

Q: Is there a contract?

A: Absolutely not. Our packages are offered on a month-to-month basis, and the payment will auto-renew (charged to the card on file) each month on the anniversary date of purchase. Packages can be cancelled any time before the monthly anniversary date and the card on file will not be charged. If the package is cancelled after the anniversary date, the card on file will have already been charged, and the advertisement will be printed for the final time in the next issue.

Q: Does UNITE offer refunds?

A: UNITE does not offer refunds for purchased ad space. When the account is charged, the ad will automatically run in the next issue. If an advertiser wishes to cancel their package, it must be done before the monthly anniversary date.

Q: Can Advertisers submit a story to accompany a purchased ad?

A: Absolutely! One of the benefits of partnering with UNITE is that advertisers can submit a story about their business that will be printed alongside their ad- at no additional cost!

Q: What if an advertiser wants to change a previously submitted ad, or if problems occur during the submission process?
